In our online 3 Day Group Programme (3-hour Zoom call/day) we'll create a space for you (everyone's welcome) to begin an enquiry on a deep root level where you are distinguishing life from. We have witnessed in our own enquiry & healing, as well as holding space for others,  that we experience trauma (small, or large) which becomes the lens we see ourselves, the world and life from, that impacts every area of our lives, relationships, our health, our purpose …. It is where we create life from. In our 3D reality, this “creator” power has been steered by external interests and a never-ending series of challenges to distract and misdirect.

Alongside bodywork for somatic release (including a deeper understanding of emotions and the nervous system, health) we will offer group coaching to bring awareness to the decisions we made when we are very young (mostly 0-7), the survival mechanisms we adopted to keep us safe and get our needs met, which then becomes our identity, unconsciously living life from. The Bodymind holds the memory of the past, it requires radical responsibility and commitment to the heal at the root, but also a safe space to be seen and heard, to be brought to wholeness/completion. A new relationship with life, in flow and harmony.  A h'om'ecoming. The possibility of freedom, creating life from who you truly are with Power & Magnificence.
