About me
I bring my lived experience of marriage, parenting, street activism, health, wellness in electromagnetic world, founded in deep inner-work, personal fitness instructing and latterly, qualification as ‘life coach’.
On my journey, I've come to realise that the world is within you. You are centre of universe and that this is all designed for you, for your development. After spending many years trying to change, or fix, the outside, I discovered that the main journey here, the primary purpose, is to find your way home to the heart - 'Home is where the heart is'. Heart is anagram Earth. Earth, mother nature is constantly striving to find balance, equanimity. This is also our purpose.
To live a truly heart-aligned life requires courage, responsibility and deep healing in order to create from a place of expansion, flow, love, and a new found relationship with ourselves, with all creation, and this human experience, individually and collectively.
By alchemising our shadows we get to create from a place of freedom, unlimited possibility and love, with the intention of becoming master the ship, embodying a new relationship with self, those you love, and the incredible crazy world in which we find ourselves.
This school of life may be a test for soul growth, but, whatever the purpose, I believe that a life lived in joy may be the greatest act of rebellion.

To be the change we want to see in the world, then, from a full cup, to give from the overflow, through mentoring, public speaking and other forms of communication. I bring devotion to love, truth and sovereignty in all aspects of my life and service to others.
