I've tried all the traditional ways to ‘fix’ me, to feel unstuck, to rebalance, but always found myself returning to the same question. 

What am I doing wrong? Why aren't I worthy of full abundance and richness in life? What's the point? Always believing I was the problem that needing fixing or blaming external forces. I tried various therapies, and even studied to become a counsellor myself, but still, the same life patterns persisted as did mechanisms/habits which I'd developed to survive life, disconnected from self, and the world.

As it always does, life kept offering opportunities to heal, to expand toward my soul's highest potential, but, because I was distinguishing life through the lens of my Mind, I remained stuck, limited and unseen. That was until a few years ago, I reached out, during an eclipse in Taurus, to BodyMind Maturation Mentors who use a unique modality of Ontology and Somatics. They offered a safe place to stand, and crucially, to bring awareness to decisions made about myself and world when very young. These childhood moments left imprints and memories in the ‘bodymind’, the nervous system. These imprints entangled with unexpressed emotion found no safe space to be fully felt. I learned survival mechanisms to 'keep me safe' in a world in which I felt deeply unsafe and unseen. 

The Ontology and Somatic practise coincided with a deeply transformative period of ‘death and rebirth’, with certain Astrological transits, including my Chiron Return, offering me opportunity and space to begin healing my identity and survival mechanisms by bringing completion to foundational formations of my bodymind, allowing me to outgrow who I believed I was, and to feel all that I'd not felt, despite years of therapeutic exploration. I was, finally, to FEEL IT ALL. 

This journey is ongoing, like a Fibonacci spiral, ever deepening, because, there really is ‘nowhere to get to’ …. YOU are already home, Already WHOLE, Already LOVE, Already SAFE, CONNECTED to everything, and FREE. We need only REMEMBER.
